4.3. Cancellation Policy: Users can set their own cancellation policies, which must be clearly communicated to Customers. Bookzlly is not responsible for any disputes arising from cancellation policies.

4.4. Fees and Payments: Users are responsible for setting their own fees for services booked through the Service. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, and Bookzlly is not responsible for any issues related to payment processing.

5. Content

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. No Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bookzlly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• The use or inability to use the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any content obtained from the Service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9.2. Maximum Liability: In no event shall Bookzlly's aggregate liability for all claims related to the Service exceed the greater of $100 or the amounts

paid by the User to Bookzlly in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
